Rent: The rent ranges from $79 to $129 per night depending on length of stay, day(s) of week, and other factors.  There is a one-car garage available for an additional charge of $10/night (we have to charge more for the use of the garage because of additional cleaning costs between guests).  Local and state laws require that we collect the appropriate sales tax of 8.7% on stays of less than 30 nights.
