It’s located on a quiet street in a great part of town east of the Belt Highway just a couple of blocks north of US Highway 36. It’s close to Interstate 29, Mosaic Lifecare Hospital, and near the university.

Rent: The rent ranges from $99 to $179 per night depending on length of stay, day(s) of week, and other factors.  There is a one-car garage available for an additional charge of $10/night (we have to charge more for the use of the garage because of additional cleaning costs between guests).  Local and state laws require that we collect the appropriate sales tax of 8.7% on stays of less than 30 nights.
